The Manhattan West Project was a multi year project that included:
Construction of a substantial 450ft x 250ft platform over the approach to Penn Station, laying the foundation for future development.
Post Tension grouting and structural slab work on the platform.
Excavation and establishment of 70-foot deep foundations to support the construction of four skyscrapers.
Installation of 900 ton solid bar rock anchors.
Major rock excavation in and around the active train service area leading into Penn Station, necessitating careful coordination to minimize disruptions.
Construction of Two Bridges over active train service.
